Channing Dungey arrives in style at the BABY BALL at the CBS lot.

Channing Dungey has been kept busy since taking the reins in January 2021, managing Warner Bros. TV’s most crucial creative relationships at a time of turbulence for the storied studio under AT&T’s ownership. The broader restructuring of the former Time Warner assets and launch of the HBO Max platform has spurred big changes in the sprawling operations of Warner Bros. TV. Now it has fallen to Dungey to strike a balance between WBTV’s traditional heft in selling widely across the industry and the need to rev up HBO Max with top-tier originals. Dungey has also gradually reshaped the senior WBTV team with the appointment of longtime ABC executive Vicki Dummer as the studio’s current programming head and NBC veteran Rebecca Marks as communications chief. WHY: Cost is the #1 reason people choose not to adopt (it can cost up to $50k) and it is proven that kids without families are set up to fail in our society. Since its inception, AdoptTogether has helped thousands of families from 50 states raise over $30 million dollars to adopt children from 67 countries. Each year, the impact from Baby Ball allows AdoptTogether to continue supporting families on their adoption journey. In addition to providing a funding platform, AdoptTogether’s goal is to walk alongside families through their adoption journey by providing them with resources, networking opportunities and support as they bring their children home forever.
